Terms of Service
Clear terms governing business subscriptions, multi-store allowances, custom domains, and merchant operations on Karbari.
1. Business Accounts & Store Allowance
When you register on our platform, you create a Business Account that serves as the billing and administrative boundary. Your active subscription plan determines how many independent online stores your business may operate (e.g., Starter: 1 store, Growing: 2 stores, Business: 3 stores).
2. Subscriptions, Invoices & Payments
Subscription plans are billed on a Monthly or Yearly cycle in BDT. Invoice amounts and store limits are snapshotted at creation so later plan edits do not alter historical invoices. Manual payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer) are verified by platform administrators before subscription activation or renewal.
3. Custom Domains & Storefront Availability
Each store receives a default platform subdomain and may connect custom domains verified via DNS TXT token. If a business subscription expires, public storefront access and new store creation are paused while the business owner retains full access to billing and account renewal.
4. Merchant Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Merchants are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, pricing, fulfillment, and customer service of products sold through their stores. The platform operator reserves the right to suspend stores or businesses that engage in fraudulent activity or violate applicable commerce laws.
